Chin Han has truly made his name in Hollywood. Already, CNNGo named him one of Asia’s 25 greatest actors of all time. In his acting career, Chin Han has played many memorable roles in Hollywood blockbusters, such as The Dark Knight (2008), 2012 (2009), Contagion (2011) and Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014).
He is also active on small screen and appeared in US-produced TV series Fringe, Arrow and the mega production Marco Polo.
Chin Han is the most famous Singaporean actor in Hollywood, but he is not the only one. Here are some other Singaporean actors who made into the studios across the ocean:
1. Gwendoline Yeo

Gwendoline Yeo landed her breakthrough role in the drama series Desperate Housewives, playing a maid named Xiaomei. She has been very active on TV and appeared in The Mentalist, The Beast, Stitch!, Two and a Half Men, Castle, Grey’s Anatomy and many others.
Here is another interesting fact: Gwendoline Yeo is the niece of George Yeo, former Singaporean Minister for Foreign Affairs.
2. Michelle Goh

Michelle Goh played many small roles on American TV, such as James Cameron-created drama series Dark Angel, Secret Agent Man, Cold Squad and Human Cargo.
Michelle Goh also made her appearance in movies, including a B-list movie that stars Steven Seagal – Out for a Kill (2003) and Alien Lockdown (2004). Unfortunately, these movies were flops at the box office.
3. Chloe Ng
Some people may not even know Chloe Ng – a girl with a cute face and a very bright smile – is a Singaporean. She played a role in the drama series Do You Mind?.
But as a graduate from Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Chloe Ng is much more active in Australian productions. She appeared in the Australian movie Wasted on the Young (2010) and will play a major role in According to Ben Adams (2016).
Chloe Ng is only 25. So it won’t be a surprise that one day she will land more important roles in Hollywood productions.
